There are also children’s activities for youngsters and contests for adults.

Among the regular activities like walking, hiking, boating, swimming and exploring, there are also a few unique things that make the area so intriguing. Gubler Park, Black Rock Park, and Santa Clara City Park are the three places that are great for a morning run or an afternoon picnic with the family.

On the weekends, Laser Mania Family Fun Center and Jumpin Jacks are two of the most crowded places in the city. Petroglyph Park and Tonaquint Nature Center usually see a lot of weekend visitors as well. Snow Canyon Trail Rides provide horseback riding tours that give residents a refreshing activity. The Outlets at Zion are always bustling with teens and young adults looking for the perfect birthday present or the latest CD release. Families like to visit Red Cliffs Mall since it is usually a little less busy. Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum & Gift Shop is a fun place to check out when it’s too hot to walk around outside. Tuacahn Amphitheater puts on the most spectacular shows and productions in the area, and the theater is always filled.
